Our Mobile Crane Operations Fixed/Swing Cab 120 Hrs course is specifically designed for entry-level operators, serving as a prerequisite to gain the necessary skills and knowledge to operate mobile cranes. The course utilizes our state-of-the-art training simulator to provide students with an introduction to mobile cranes and their various uses.
In addition to simulator training, the course also includes classroom instruction that covers potential career paths, load charts, safety procedures, and OSHA requirements. This prepares students for their NCCCO written exam, which is a critical step in obtaining certification as a crane operator.
To ensure that students are well-prepared for their NCCCO practical exam, the course also includes field time and additional simulator training. Once students have completed and passed all NCCCO exams, they will receive TLL and TSS certification, providing them with the option to pursue employment as a certified crane operator.
At our training facility, we provide students with the equipment and tools necessary to complete the training successfully. How long Is the Training
Training is a total of 3 weeks
Classes start Monday Morning at 7AM and run until 5:30
Classes are split into 2 segments each day
from 7AM until 12PM is in class book learning
break for lunch and remaining time is split to hands on training with the crane.
Do I have to take all 3 weeks?
Each week ends with the chance to take a practical
For those experienced on the crane already, You have the chance to test out if the instructor feels you are good enough to do so. If you feel you will not be able to pass you can then continue with week 2. We do not recommend those with no experience to chance a test and it is best to go through with the full course.
what do I get when finished
after passing the NCCCO test you will be NCCCO certified for 5 years
The full class offers both TSS and TLL practicals and NCCCO certifications for Mobile Crane Operators.
