Main Street, then the highway you already take
Crandall's downtown is a few blocks off US-175. Westbound, the Seagoville limit arrives almost as soon as the speed changes. About 8 miles. About 12 minutes. People here already use US-175 toward Dallas. This trip stops at the yard instead of continuing. The eastbound return after 9:30 is the empty direction.
Leaving the square at 5:15 still leaves a cushion before 5:30. There is no second city to cross.
A 40-hour course after the day is done
The approved name is Mobile Crane Operations, Fixed/Swing Cab, 40 hours. Warren Miller runs these nights. They start November 9 and end November 20, ten weeknights in 2026, each one from 5:30 until 9:30. You are not billed on the side for NCCCO test fees. Tuition stays off this page. The number to call is (214) 763-0513.
The class is on when five students have enrolled. Under five, you move forward to the next evening start or the payment comes back in full. Bring a license, proof of a diploma or GED, and steel-toed boots. A hard hat can be lent.
Home before the highway quiets
Crandall is close enough that the evening schedule barely changes a family routine. You train, you turn around on US-175, and you are back on Main Street a little after 10:00.
