Refund and Cancellation Policy

Miller Crane Works, Inc., 304 Tunnell St, Seagoville, TX 75159, holds a Texas Workforce Commission Certificate of Approval, school number S4168.

The full cancellation and refund policy is printed in the school catalog and in the enrollment agreement. Every student receives both before enrolling. Those documents control the refund for a particular enrollment. This page is a summary of the rights the school states there. It does not set out a pro-rata refund schedule.

A student may cancel enrollment within three business days after signing the enrollment agreement and receive a full refund of the money paid, as provided by Texas Education Code §132.061 and 40 Texas Administrative Code §807.263. To cancel in that period, call (214) 763-0513 or email info@millercraneworks.com, and keep a record of the request.

A student called to active military service has the withdrawal protections in Texas Education Code §132.0611. Contact the school as soon as you have orders so the withdrawal can be documented under the catalog and enrollment agreement.

Programs of 40 hours or less are not subject to the pro-rata refund rules in Texas Education Code §132.061. The catalog and the enrollment agreement state the cancellation and refund terms that apply to those programs.
