The square, the airport, then west
US-80 runs through downtown Terrell. The municipal airport is south of town. People giving directions near the square still use the old British Flying Training School museum as a landmark. None of those are stops on the way to class. Go west on US-80 through Forney, then south and west on US-175 into Seagoville. About 28 miles and about 35 minutes from the square. You stay in Kaufman County until Seagoville.
Leave around 4:45. The 9:30 end sends you back east on the same pair of highways, against lighter traffic than the 5:00 outbound.
Ten trips, not a two-week move
You would take Mobile Crane Operations, Fixed/Swing Cab, 40 hours, with Warren Miller teaching. The nights are November 9 through November 20, 2026, Monday to Friday, 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM. NCCCO test fees are included in the course. Tuition is available by calling (214) 763-0513. It is intentionally not printed.
The class runs with five students. If fewer enroll, you are moved to the next evening start or refunded in full. A driver's license, a diploma or GED, and steel-toed boots are required. Hard hats can be borrowed.
Kaufman County to the yard and back
A daytime course from Terrell would spend a large piece of each day on US-80. This one spends the evening, then gives the highway back.
