Last updated: October 2026These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of millercraneworks.com and the information, courses and services offered by Miller Crane Works, Inc. ("Miller Crane Works," "we," "us") at our training facility in Seagoville, TX, near Dallas.
By using this website, contacting us or enrolling in a course, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
About Miller Crane Works
Miller Crane Works is a crane operator training school and an NCCCO Accredited Training Provider. The school has a Certificate of Approval from the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC), school number S4168.
All training takes place at our facility in Seagoville, TX. Students from other areas travel to Seagoville to train with us.
Our Courses
We offer only the 12 courses approved by TWC, listed by their approved names and clock hours in our course catalog.
- Course content, class dates and availability can change. We confirm your class dates when you enroll.
- Premium courses have the same clock hours and training as the matching standard course, plus premium extra offerings. Ask us for details.
- Room and board is an option with Premium courses. It is not included unless you choose it.
Enrollment and Your Enrollment Agreement
Your enrollment is complete when you meet the admission requirements and sign an enrollment agreement. Your signed enrollment agreement and the school catalog contain the complete terms for your course, including tuition, payment, cancellation and withdrawal.
If anything on this website conflicts with your signed enrollment agreement or the school catalog, the enrollment agreement and catalog control.
- NCCCO requires certification candidates to be at least 18 years of age.
- Bring a valid government-issued photo ID to training and to your exams.
Tuition, Payment and Funding
Tuition for each course is listed on its course page and in our course catalog. Tuition can change, and the amount in your signed enrollment agreement is the amount that applies to you.
Students may be able to use GI Bill® benefits, workforce funding or other options. See our funding options. Students using Chapter 31 or Chapter 33 VA benefits are protected while VA payment is pending, as described in our VA compliance policy.
NCCCO Certification Exams
NCCCO sets, administers and scores its written and practical certification exams. Our courses prepare you for those exams, but completing a course does not guarantee that you will pass an exam or earn certification.
Exam eligibility, fees and rules are set by NCCCO and can change. Read how we keep training and testing fair in our impartiality policy.
Safety and Conduct at Our Facility
Crane training involves heavy equipment, so safety comes first. While training at our Seagoville facility, you agree to:
- Follow your instructor's directions and all site safety rules at all times.
- Operate equipment only when an instructor tells you to and is supervising you.
- Wear work boots and clothes suited to outdoor work, plus any protective equipment we require.
- Arrive fit for training. Being under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not allowed at the facility.
- Treat instructors, staff and other students with respect.

No Employment Guarantee
Training and certification can help you pursue work as a crane operator, but Miller Crane Works does not guarantee employment, job placement, wages or hours.
Using This Website
You may use this website to learn about our school and courses and to contact us. When you use it, you agree not to:
- Submit false information or someone else's information through our forms.
- Try to gain unauthorized access to the website or interfere with how it works.
- Copy, scrape or reuse website content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Website content is general information and can change without notice. We work to keep it accurate, but errors can occur. Your enrollment agreement and the school catalog are the official terms for your course.

Intellectual Property
The text, photos, graphics and logos on this website belong to Miller Crane Works or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
NCCCO names and marks belong to NCCCO. GI Bill® is a registered trademark of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under Texas law or under your signed enrollment agreement.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. Continuing to use this website after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
