Four places, one yard
If you live in Farmington, start with the Farmington page. Bloomfield has its own page because the town is a separate drive on US-64. Shiprock has a page too, on the URL the site already used. Aztec and Kirtland do not have separate pages. If you live there, this county page is yours, and the Farmington travel notes still apply: US-550 south to Albuquerque, then east.
The county's work includes energy and pipeline projects, municipal and school construction, and highway jobs. Those call for different cranes. We will not sign you up for a tower crane week because the county is large. We will ask which crane you need to be certified on.
Travel is the real planning problem
San Juan County is the far corner of the state from our yard. A drive is usually two days if you want to arrive rested. Flying from Four Corners Regional or from Albuquerque International Sunport into Dallas is the other plan. After you land, Seagoville is southeast of downtown Dallas. The location page has that last segment. Lodging is your own plan. It is not part of NM DVR funding.
NM DVR for San Juan County clients
Miller Crane Works is an approved vendor for the New Mexico Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (NM DVR). Eligible clients in the county can ask a counselor to consider crane operator training at our school. The counselor decides whether it is funded. We work with the counselor on outlines, dates and authorization. Read the New Mexico DVR page or call 214-763-0513.
From San Juan County, the next page people open is usually Farmington. The full list is on the New Mexico crane training hub.
