Pick the closer city page if you have one
This county page is the map. If you live in the city, start with Santa Fe. If you live on the I-40 side of the county, Edgewood is the better travel note, because you meet I-40 before you ever go to the plaza. If you live up US-84/285, use El Rancho. Everyone still trains at the same Texas yard.
County projects differ from block to block. Edgewood and the east mountains see highway and commercial pads. The city sees public buildings and infill. The Pojoaque valley sees smaller commercial lifts. The certification follows the crane type, not the county line. Call and name the crane you expect to run.
The shared trip
However you leave the county, the school is at 304 Tunnell St, Seagoville, TX 75159. East-mountain drivers are already on the I-40 route toward Texas. City and northern-county drivers usually go through Albuquerque first. Flights leave from Albuquerque International Sunport more often than from Santa Fe. Read driving details on the location page before you book a room.
NM DVR for Santa Fe County clients
Miller Crane Works is an approved vendor for the New Mexico Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (NM DVR). Eligible clients anywhere in the county use the same process: talk to the counselor, then have the counselor contact us. We do not decide eligibility. The New Mexico DVR page lists the four steps. The school phone is 214-763-0513.
From Santa Fe County, the next page people open is usually Santa Fe. The full list is on the New Mexico crane training hub.
